1. Scope of Service
- • Provides an online retail platform covering categories such as electronics and home goods
- • Supports global delivery (restrictions apply to certain regions)
- • Must provide authentic registration information; identity impersonation is prohibited
- • Shall not use the platform for illegal transactions or malware distribution
- • Product descriptions are subject to the webpage display; inventory may change in real time
- • Payment must be completed within 24 hours after order confirmation
- • Displayed prices include tax but exclude shipping fees (calculated separately at checkout)
- • Reserves the right to adjust prices due to system errors
- • Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days (extended for remote areas)
- • Original packaging and invoice required for returns/exchanges
- • All platform content (graphics/text/UI) is owned by BIG-BOX
- • User-uploaded content must not infringe third-party rights
